09/05/2006 | Scallops are great, any way you serve them. One of my favorite appetizers is scallops wrapped in bacon. This is a taste which never lets me down.

09/05/2006 | For taste, scallops are near the top as the best tasting seafood. I preferred them broiled in butter. In season, a summer squash medley, mixed with good onion, prepared in olive oil, is the ideal side dish.
