 | LadyJesusFan777 (32) 09/27/2007 | As a rule, caffeine bothers most people before bedtime. But I
have heard a few people make the comment that caffeine don't bother
them at all.

 | Molfan (56) 10/13/2006 | I have terrible insomnia. sometimes nothing works. however, if I avoid caffeine before bed, this helps at least. actually i try and not drink anything because if it does not keep me awake i will need to get up to use the bathroom. so not beverages may help.

 | CastleBee (80) 10/13/2006 | I have to avoid it past noon. It has a definite effect on my nervous system. This includes chocolate and other sweets also.

 | Jed1000 (72) 10/13/2006 | Only works if you're not much of a coffee drinker to begin with. I could keep a cup of coffee on my nightstand and indulge at any time and it wouldn't affect my ability to sleep.

 | LastMessenger3 (40) 10/12/2006 | As a coffee addict, I know for a fact that this statement is true. On the weekends, I like to hang around coffee places, and if I am around coffee, I have to drink it. +
