As a movie in general, I'd give this one about 3 and a half stars. Not because it's any good, but because it's the extreme opposite. As a funny, sleazy B movie, this is one of the worst, which means it's one of the best. The guy with the brain the size of a watermelon and the midget who throws dinner plates like ninja stars are hilarious! One of the best bad movies of all time.
