 | LastMessenger3 (40) 12/02/2006 | Runner-up to garlic! Ginger has much different taste and smell. It's more fragrent, much more authentic than garlic, but not as handy as it. I use ginger in very small amounts and in certain food. Goes great with asian vegatables, chicken breast, and certain sweets. Warning: you have to know how to cook it!
