I'd rate it higher, as what they offer isn't too bad and the site is easy to navigate...but...they have SO MANY POP-UPS to worry about. It slows my pc down and I usually have to run a virus scan just to ease my paranoia about having visited the site. I don't risk it anymore, there are other sites with FAR LESS pop-ups than this site does.
