Phixr allows basic photo editing functionality. It is pretty decent if you want to do basic cropping and editing of pictures. Not very good if you want to do more complex photoshop-like editing.

Excellent online photo editor, available in English, German and Spanish. No registration required. Complete tool set. Supports grabbing photos directly from user accounts at flickr, Picasa Web Albums, Photobucket, fotopic.net, SmugMug and Webshots (and, of course, the user's computer or any photo on the web); supports direct uploading to all of the named sites plus Fotolog, Buzznet, LiveJournal, Costco and many more. Easy handling. No flash or java required.
