Keith is heads and shoulders above O'Reilly and company in intelligence and news interpretation.

He usually has good points but that delivery. . .I'm tired of the school of thought that news-media desk-show types have to provide bluster instead of objective news. Still, either he or his writers can throw in a good zinger now and then. . .

I don't know about his show, but I heard he was a jerk to work with, and his ego is huge!

Trying to a mainstream John Stewart. He's not nearly as bright or as funny as John.

This guy is sinking out of sight. A year ago I gave him a four. Now I can hardly watch. Does anybody care what the other talk show hosts are saying? That is the dumbest part of his show. He used to be funny, but that got old. He should go back to sports.

Without a doubt the best hour on cable news. Smart, articulate, no nonsense delivery of the news. Great guests and a smattering of the lighter side of the news as well. Keith's "Special Comment" editorials are a joy to experience. I never miss this show.

One of the very best!

He has some good things to say.
BlinkyMadison 09/19/2007
One of the smartest and most articulate commentators. When he delivers one of his occasional "Special Comments" he makes you want to cheer "Yeah! What he said!"

I find him pretty funny, especially his feud with Faux O'Reilly!! Go Keith go!
I think he tends to put a lighter side to the news but still can really cover a story well when he is serious
brickman 06/24/2007
the most politically biased commentator on cable news. he spends 90% of his show putting down other cable news shows or radio personalities all of whom i might add have higher ratings he hates america and our troops he is the biggest liberal on tv and reports nothing when he interviews anyone he leads them to the left in answering if they don't agree the interview is cut short about par for msnbc thier agenda is clear the worst part is he claims to be a newsman trying to be murrow when he signs off and doesn't have the courage to read any emails todays worst person in the world is keith olbermann
gregh1973 05/30/2007
Way too full of himself.
James76255 05/04/2007
Olbermann can be pretty funny, but the guy doesn't do much for checking his facts. He should have stayed with sports.
Drummond 04/22/2007
Rating strictly for content I think it's the best news show left on primetime. I don't like the glitsy Foxnewesque format, but it's the trend unfortunately. He is hilarious.

Most awesome cable news show. Half humor- half news (think NBC News meeets the Daily Show). Plus an in depth look at things in a way the regular mainstream news shows can't, or won't, give you.
Schadenfreudia nSlip 04/11/2007
When he sat next to Chris Matthews during 2006 election coverage, you could see, to use Matthews' words referring to John Boehner, "...the greatness in this man." Olbermann's intellect and alertness clearly bothered the massively-ego'ed Chris Matthews.
