Willard is top 10 bad. Awful to the extreme. Is the official who called one of the worst technicals of the season on Yao Ming for saying "ahhh" after a dunk. Terrible with charge/block calls. Never consistent. Just has no business in the NBA. Is a baseball guy, I believe, he should stick to that sport instead.
