09/24/2007 | Games.com used to be a great site, I used to play Monopoly and checkers online fairly often. The games tended to be a little on the buggy side, but at least they were free. I would usually play a lot for a month or two, then not go to the site for another couple of months. But the last time that I logged in, I noticed that these games were no longer availiable, and that the only Monopoly game available now has to be purchased for $19.95. What used to be a great place for free games is now just another "buy our crap" website. Truly disappointing.
