This store sells consumer electronics and I found that they were the only one that had the item I was looking for in stock at the time. I didn't know too much about them, but the item was less than $20, so I decided to try them out. After I placed my order, I realized that I used the wrong shipping address, so I sent an email to customer service and I had a reply back within 5 minutes saying that the shipping address has been changed and the order was shipping out the same day. I am glad that I tried them and I will continue to shop there.
