@abichara, You've referred to U.S. Department of Labor Bureau of Labor Statistics unemployment rate figures as "sleight of hand" and note the difference between that and total unemployment rate, but then go on to compare a total unemployment percentage of today (and I assume the 1970's per the official
data, which peaked at 8.5% during that decade) to that very same U.S. Department of Labor Bureau of Labor Statistics unemployment percentage during the Reagan years...
Isn't that pretty much the definition of junk stats analysis?
