I'm a guy from San Francisco, California/United States
About me: ** new pic: sitting in the sun in Austin ** I'm a tall, basketball playing, indie pop listening, book reading, tech obsessed, mild mannered guy from San Francisco. I try to be nice to everybody, and I get a kick out of smart people that can think for themselves.

Bee, that makes perfect sense. But it would seem to be out of character for her to willingly remover herself from the spotlight.

It's governors gone wild! I'm no expert at this stuff, but it seems unusual for a sitting governor with higher office aspirations to resign mid term. If you don't believe me, check out that South Carolina guy who is doing everything possible not to resign.

I sense some sort of scandal or a back room deal. I mean, it just doesn't make sense. As others have noted, her most glaring weakness is the depth of her experience. This sort of high profile quit just doesn't happen without a scandal or a medical condition lurking under the surface.

Summers is a good sleeper pick, but Daye was taken about 15 picks too high.

They picked up two of my favorite players in the draft in Rubio and Flynn, and by doing so, screwed it up, likely driving Rubio to play in Europe. As exciting as Rubio is (and he is going to be special), Flynn is everything that he isn't - strong and athletic, with an NBA ready body. If I were an 18 year old Rubio, the prospect of competing with Flynn for minutes would make me want to stay in Spain too.

Ahhh.... you just got disagree stuffed. Got it. Disagrees should be worn as a badge of pride - a sign that people care. It's certainly better than an "apathetic" or "meh" vote.

On a more mundane note, I wonder if people would pay for the ability to see who voted what on their review? Just to throw a number out there, who would pay something reasonable like $79 per month? I bet Billy Mays could sell this.

Not to get all up into MPR again, but I just think that dark meat has a bit more flavor.

I'll own up to my "funny." I actually thought this was funny. And no, LJF did not leave a disagree here.

Why is everyone so bent about disagree votes recently? This reminds me of when MPR got mad at me when I disagreed that white meat was the best part of the chicken.

For the record, I honestly think dark meat is better (no offense MPR).

A fantastic story, and a decent movie.

Some of the acting could have been a little better, some of the direction could have been a little tighter., and Jame's Bond's Belarussian / Jewish accent needed a lot of help. But it's tough to botch such a compelling story, and Defiance is well worth a look.

Among other takeaways from this movie, I've decided that I would prefer not to live outside in the Belorussian mountains during the winter with Nazis hunting me.
