Charter is HORRIBLE! If I can give it a -5 stars, I would. I have had horrible service with snow and double picture that pulsates. After several service calls, they send a pervert service tech, who not only fails to fix the problems, but notes that he gave me additional equipment and asks me if I would like to go out with him. WTF?! Now Charter wants to charge me for the equipment that I did NOT get, but they do not have any records of the serial number or me signing for receiving the equipment. They said they would send another tech back to my house to "make sure I do not have the equipment." Are they in the business of search warrants now? No one with customer service has a brain cell that works. When I ask to speak to a supervisor, they put me on hold for over 45 minutes in hopes that I will give up. Yes, I did give up. I called the satellite company for service today. Will be so glad to say GOODBYE to Charter. I will NEVER be a customer again! How can this company stay in business with such offensive customer service?
