Very Rude & Unprofessional Behavior by the Owner
The owner named "AL" is abnixiously rude and very unprofessional. My laundry had stains and when I requested for a "redo", Al (owner) started shouting and pointing fingers towards me. This guy has no idea how to deal with customers and I think he is losing business as well as his mind. I have never been treated like this by any business in my life. This guy needs to learn customer service as well as take some training classes to understand that "customers always come first".
Serious issues with this guy - so called "Al".
