Infinology has a shiny web site and corporate appearance, but their service is the worst that I have ever experienced. We have invested thousands of dollars and numerous hours setting up software on an Infinology dedicated server only to be frustrated by one outage after another.
The Infinology dedicated server has been off-line at least 100 hours in 3 months! The IP addresses that they sold to us were already on black hole lists! They claim 24/7 technical staff, but in all of the numerous times that the server was down, they only answered the phone occassionally and never before 8:30 AM PST. Most of the time, their voice mailbox was full! When someone did finally respond, it was hard to get a staight answer about anything.
Infinology gets two thumbs down AND I want my money back! :(
