I'm only giving this three stars because it doesn't completely control my acne, but it is the best topical medication I have tried. Differin is less irritating than Retin-A or Tazorac, and it is just as effective if not more so. Take it in combination with an oral antibiotic and a topical antibiotic like Benzaclin. Right now I am on Orthtricyclen, Minocyclen, Differin, and Benzaclin for my acne and it keeps it pretty well controlled.
