Great power products.The model I am currently using is the BACKUPS ES 350, Which is a great starter UPS! They have managemet consoles called PowerChute to help manage the functions of the UPS.The key thing is... when batter power is low, and AC Utility is not restored, the unit safley shuts down your pc. It allows you to adjust sensitivity to voltages that you choose..(take care not to fry your comp!!) Also you can check how much battery power you have left. Other functions like power events that have recently occured such as blackouts/surges,batter use economizing/or making your system run as long as possible, and more! So far as the unit itself... great! No problems as of yet! Runs smooth and has protected us well! Has 3 outlets that provide SURGE/GF ONLY and 3 that provide the UPS and SURGE. All together a great starter UPS!! Also thier online support is very excellent and very fast! I am impressed APC!!!! ;-)
