For the record, I do not believe Moore hates America. There is a difference between hating the decisions of a countries government and hating the country itself. Indeed since Moore seeks to make things better for Americans, even if you don't agree with his methods, he simply cannot be considered anti-american. Overall he is a man who likes to expose and sometimes overly exacerbate the ills of all the worlds governments, particularly the one led by George Dubya (and to sell a lot of books while he's at it, naturally). Can I take him seriously? Sometimes I can and sometimes I can't (like when he pretends to be God for example, or the shame on you speech), but whenever he makes a fair point about innocent people being exploited or killed, liberties being crushed by those who would claim to protect them, I think it would be a bad idea not to.
