Bubba Clinton is George W. Bush's enemy because he beat his daddy in the 1992 election. Bush probably took his father's loss worse than if he had lost the election himself. Both Bush and Clinton have big egos, so naturally there is going to be bad blood here. For all of Bush's assertions that he is the un-Clinton, these guys are more alike than they think. For instance, their foreign policies both tilted towards the idealist assertion that American power is a cure for what ails the world in general. The battle really isn't about policy, it's about which family will rule, the Bushes or the Clintons.
