Good hole in the wall bar in the Mission. Like a troll under a bridge, there's a guy named Howard who guards the pool table (and, word has it, this guy owns the bar).

wiggum, he doesn't own the bar. btw, i'm testing a script that we just applied that should provide email alerts for all legacy reviews.
