Our oven broke after 6 months of ownership. We have a one year warranty and GE gave us the big run around. First they told use they'd repair it, then they told us the part was not available. Then, they told use we'd have to wait another 24 hours before they would decide if they would replace it. Now I am waiting on terminal hold to give them the information they need to send me a replacement. Who knows how long it will take to get that!
