I agree that I tend to doubt the seriousness of the claims when women come forward when a candidate is running for office. These things happened so long ago, and unless you were right there you don't know exactly what happened, I'm not so sure at the time that it wasn't exactly what the woman wanted. The timing just bothers me. I have my doubts about Paula Jones accusations because of when they came out too, even though I don't like Clinton at all. Another one that I didn't believe was Anita Hill (I could be wrong about the name) She came out against Clarence Thomas when he was going for the supreme court. The other thing is that this happened a long time ago.
