This Beatles album seems really dated to me. Rubber Soul was their take on folk music, which was popular in the early to mid sixties. Nobody listens to folk music anymore. Rubber Soul lacks the energy of their early tracks and the brilliance of Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band and the White Album.
