Otis Redding

Born in 1941, Otis Redding released his first CD, "Pain in My Heart," in 1964. Some of his most popular songs include "(Sittin' On) the Dock of the Bay," "Respect" and "Tramp." Redding died in a plane crash in 1967.

'Sittin' On The Dock Of The Bay' is one of those signature tunes that only gets better the more you listen to it.Unfortunately his great talent couldn't match his bad break.;he died in a plane crash the year 'Sittin' came out.
