If you mean an office chair, let me relate an anecdote. Some time ago, while working in a senior elected politician's legislative office, we aquired a new staffer, an earnest young lad just out of a prestigious college. Some of us, with the rather vicious humor common to professional pols, showed him a game whereby one sat in an office chair and saw how many revolutions one could spin it. He got quite enthusiastic, and was up to five revolutions of the chair when the boss walked in to see him doing his demonstration of "spin doctoring."
