The Yahoo! Companion Toolbar allows you to bring popular Yahoo! applications such as search, messenger, and content links with you as you browse the Web.

Yahoo's toolbar is helpful because Yahoo is helpful. It's nice to have easy access to all the great Yahoo tools and channels from your toolbar. If you use Yahoo daily, there's no reason not to get the Y! toolbar. The WebRank thing is a little mysterious, but I'm sure we'll learn more as it comes out of beta.
