I would have to say nwa is an ok airline. I have had better flights with other airlines. The food and entertainment before 9/11 was great, but they have cut back on services since then ( As most airlines have). Since we live in Minnesota we usually have to fly nwa, until now! There is a great airline called sun country that has great deals and has msp as a hub. AS a recomendation if your flying to or from msp try sun country you will get more for your money. All in all nwa isnt bad but it definetely isnt the greatest.
