This one's a b*tch. My Grandfather has it, and it's kicking his ass. It hurts him to eat, it hurts him to talk, and it's pressing against other organs inside. Again, from what I understand, if you catch it early enough, you can beat it. The problem is that this particular type of cancer can grow for years without any symptoms, so often it's too far along before you start noticing.
