Julius "Dr. J" Erving

Julius Erving, aka Dr. J, played professional basketball for the ABA's New Jersey Nets and the NBA's Philadelphia 76ers. He won a championship with Philadelphia in 1982-83.

One of the All-Time greats for sure and made the slam dunk and high flying acts in the NBA popular. Jordan took it to another level, but the Doc started it all back in his ABA days. I'd rate him in the top 10 all time.
