Clinque Facial Soap does make you produce more oil but if wash your face 5 timeas a day you will not make it worse because it will help your skin get rid of the exess oil it has traped inside and it will come out with the bacteria, but as soon as your skin gets oily you have to wash it agin.(make sure you wash ALL of the soap away!) It will be like a skin detox.

This was definately not true for me and I had oily skin to begin with! The system strips your skin too much with just day and night use. Using it more often would be like death to your skin. The harsher you are to your skin, the more it backfires and produces oils to help moisturize it back. Oily stripped skin + More cleansing = More oil production & possible damage.
