Phillip FUlmer is one of college footballs winningest coaches over the past 15 years and lead Tennessee to the 1998 National Championship. Under Phillip Fulmer, Tennesee finished 10-3 last season.

FULMER HAS A WINNIING PERCENTAGE BETTER AND HIGHER THAN THE BEAR OR THE GENERAL. HE IS OBVIOUSLY GREAT WHEN YOU CONSIDER HE IS ALSO IN THE TOUGH SEC. HE WILL GO DOWN AS A GREAT COACH ALONG WITH LOMBARDI AND ROCKNE!
