Created by Joss Whedon, the show was about a renegade crew, as they attempt to survive in space, and avoid agents, that are out to capture them. Followed by the film, Serenity. It started Nathan Fillion, Gina Torres, Alan Tudyk, Adam Baldwin, Ron Glass, Summer Glau, Morena Baccari, Shawn Mahre and Jewel Staite. Firefly aired on Fox in 2002.
