The ZX2 is the last model of the Escort lineup. Smaller and more frugal than Focus. Still, more people find the 5 passenger Focus much better value and new design. Seating for 4-5.

due to the use of an older frame, the zx2 remains one of the best buys in the compact coupe catergory. although im more of a fan of the 99-01 models, i think this car is an underated bargain. 35mpg, and you can still smoke gm's and honda's off the road....what more could you ask for?
