Dalton was a touch of fresh air into the bond movies, coming at a time when 80s culture looked to a different style of bond. Dalton played a playful yet concerntrated style which enhanced both his sheer briliant 'action' role and the chemistry with the ladies. He was, some would say, fortunate to play bond in two of the best scripted bonds, but it that's not his fault. Shame he didn't do more...
