John F. Kennedy (1961-1963)

President Kennedy's greatest domestic trouble was unquestionably Civil Rights. During his near three years in office, President Kennedy attempted to push through Congress many of his progressive agendas on education and healthcare.

Much like Franklin Roosevelt, an overrated democrat. He only served two years in office, and was not overly productive. He is held in such high regard only because he died in office.
