Along with Chris Evert, Martina Navratilova formed possibly the greatest rivalry in the history of womens tennis. Martina Navratilova won 9 Wimbledon titles during her career including 6 in a row from 1982-87. Martina Navratilova also won 4 US Opens, 3 Australian Opens, and 2 French Opens to finish with 18 major singles titles in her career.

RateItAll, she is not done yet. She is well into her 40s and still succeeding in doubles tournaments. Perhaps not the greatest singles player anymore, if what I just saw in the French Open is any indication.
