The SRT-4 is the fastest car under 20,000 dollars, and im not making that up. I dare you to prove me wrong. If you look it up, its almost as fast as the Viper in 0-60 because of its low body weight, not to mention its faster than any other car in its class and price range. The USA now has its own true pocket rocket that can rival the best from Japan and Europe.
