The Neon R/T is not that much better than the normal run-of-the-mill family Neon. It's a little bit more sporty and it's got some special badges and wheels but its not a performance machine. The Neon SRT-4 is the true track star of the Neon family, so in the performance aspect of things, it only gets a 2 out of 5 stars, because it is an economy car, but its not a race car.
