Barack Obama 1

*Update*

Our Republic is slowly fading away into an Oligarchy led by the head tyrant Obama, with Reid, Pelosi and Obama's cabinent of Czars and tax evaders. We are going down a path that Franklin, Washington, Hamilton, Jefferson, Madison and Adams tried to prevent. This reminds me of ancient Rome, only Obama is not a Caesar, although in his mind he probably feels like he is on the same level of a Caesar.

(OM)More government control, more expensive social programs, more tax payer dollars going to the U.N., more restrictions on gun owners, more bogus environmental laws that will keep us dependent on foreign oil, we will begin drifting closer and closer to International Law and the loss of our sovernity, higher taxes, probably we will see expanded affirmative action and racial quotas and college preferences for minorities and you can believe much more hate speech and hate crime laws! This will not be good for our nation.

Louie -- You appear to have overlooked the fact that most of the things you fear in your review are not things the President can do. Only the Congress can make the laws. The President can suggest laws to Congress, but he can't force them to pass those laws. The only other power the President has is to veto proposed laws passed by Congress.

Almost as funny as the freaks who said Obama was not a citizen!!! ! Hey both parties have a lot to offer, if they pulled their I'm a Republican or Democrat thumb out their arse. They both could do good for this country!!! Don't blame things on one person, as many are responsible for the downtrend of our time, including ourselves!!

Victor83 commented 169 days ago.
Great review louie.
As to your critics here....consider the source.

louiethe20th commented 169 days ago.
I didn't blame it on one person Pug, I said it was an oligarchy led by Obama. Thanx Vic.

fitman commented 169 days ago.
Obama is only a servant of the oligarchy.

pugwash01 commented 169 days ago.
I understand that you don't blame Obama, it's just I see a trend with people that blame anyone but themselves in a crisis. We are all responsible for the problems today cause we did not act on our ‘what if's’ in the past! I believe both parties are dragging their heels when it comes to proposals and such and it ticks me off that in a time like now politics is not put aside! I think you know where I'm coming from!

Funny how this works. I and the rest of the world spent virtually every day between 1/20/01 and 1/20/09 listening to the blame being placed on Bush- everything from eating shit to running rabbits to Iraq and Katrina...you name it.
Now however, "we" are to blame....Obama is just a "servant of the oligarchy"...blah, blah, blah.
Always the double standard from the left. Always.

Wiseguy commented 169 days ago.
Fit hits Bush with 90% of the criticism, then hits Obama once in a while to make people think he's all moderate and balanced. Fit likes to have his cake and eat it too. The problem Fit runs into is, Vic is right there to smash it in his face.

pugwash01 commented 169 days ago.
You know what Vic if you want to troll me that's fine, but at least troll with some common sense!!!! Who signed on the dotted line when we knew we would struggle with that credit card payment or mortgage. Who was it that signed the ballot to allow this or that person into the position? Maybe you did not know that things would turn out this way or that you as a person would guess and not think about a real decision for once!!! Yes we are all responsible for the actions of this world and this country. Why is that the leader of this country is saying that not all that he does will solve the problems of the last 10-15 years, but that we all need to pull together to make a change! In order for this country to repair the damage, it will take all of us to work together. (republican, democrat, right, left, middle.) And make a smart decision, not repeating the mistakes of the past!!!) Weather you like it or not Bush F*** up (amongst others) and he knows more than us what HIS actions caused! But now we have a chance to change the mistakes of the past!!!!! If we continue to look through the eyes of what party we stand for, this country will turn into a pile of ruins!!! I will end with that statement as I’ve said before I have no burn with anyone! I just get fed up with the politics of this country getting more attention than the need for us as people to get on and move from our mistakes!!!! (Whoever did them!)

Victor83 commented 169 days ago.
TROLLING YOU? Responding to a comment is fucking TROLLING YOU????
Are you on crack?
You guys did and, as your last comment proves, still do blame Bush for everything. Yet, in the case of Obama- who is F***ing up far worse- oh gee....we all need to pull together, sing "We Are The World" and let his lordship do whatever he pleases.
Spare me pug!

Victor83 commented 169 days ago.
BTW, you accused me of trolling (falsely) and then implied I have no common sense because I don't bend over for Obama....so don't try the nice guy routine this time.
Thanks.

Wiseguy commented 168 days ago.
Pug, just so we're clear. What is it that you want Obama to do that is different from the last administration? What were Bush's mistakes?

louiethe20th commented 168 days ago.
Bottom line...Obama is the President, the Dems have ran the House since 06' and the Dems have controlled the Senate since 06', I think it is safe to say the blame hangs solely on the dirty Dems, period. If Barney Frank and Co's cash cows Fannie and Freddie would have been put in check in 04' we could have avoided much of this financial crisis. By the way ACORN is a dirty Dem organization too.

fitman commented 168 days ago.
George W. Bush was not responsible.

fitman commented 168 days ago.
Barack Obama is not responsible.

Victor83 commented 168 days ago.
And fit chimes in with his usual, worthless crap.

Wiseguy commented 168 days ago.
I smell something foul.

louiethe20th commented 168 days ago.
Can you tell I like saying dirty Dem? Dirty Dem! Dirty Dem! Hahahahah!

What did Bush do wrong let me think!!! Oh here it comes;
#Started a war on a country that had nothing to do with 9/11!
# Allowed the ones that did do it run to the mountains!!!
#Allowed big corporate companies to continue their ways, THAT HELPED cause the economic melt down of this country!
#Poured money that could have been better spent into the hands of rich people that needed not anymore help! Leaving the not so well off crawling on all fours for a crumb here or there!
#Tried to and almost did shut down good schooling for kids. Schooling that was free.
#Screwed up things in the world so bad that many countries have stopped trading with the USA.
#Made the poor even more poorer and made the rich even richer. Thus making the divide so clear that the country is at arms with itself!
#Making the US look dumb by his own appearances!!! :)
The list could go on but I won't. NOW WHEREAS I DONT BLAME HIM ENTIRELY, HE IS RESPONSIBLE TO A POINT.!

Victor83 commented 168 days ago.
What a load of complete BS.
Wise...you can have this one.

Wiseguy commented 168 days ago.
(Edited 168 days ago)
Sorry Pug, that's not why the U.S went in to Iraq. Smart people know better. You can disagree with the action on philosophical grounds, but YOU thinking it's wrong doesn't make it so. The rest of your comments are based on what you believe philosophically as well, Big Business BAD...Big Government...GOOD. The constitution of the United States might be a good read for you.
Vic, are you sure you don't want to add anything ;)

Victor83 commented 168 days ago.
Wise, it is so ridiculous....where do I begin?
#1 I don't recall Bush saying that Iraq was behind 9/11.
#2 Bush "allowed" Bin laden to escape? Sophomoric tripe.
#3 "Big corporate ways did not cause the mess we are in- government did.
#4 Presidents (read it- governments) do not make people rich or richer, they only make people worse off through interference and taxation.
#5 Bush tried to shut down no schools- absoulte crap.
#6 Name one country that has stopped trading with the US.
#7 Made the poor poorer- prove it. How, by cutting their taxes? Again....crapola.
#8 Made the US look dumb? This point I concede...he made the US look dumb....to the dumb.

fitman commented 168 days ago.
Louie posted the most compelling pro-Bush argument so far:

#5 Ever heard of head Start to name one and other education plans?
#1,2 When 9/11 happened his emphasis on terror got switched from Bin Laden to Iraq very quickly!!! Very well documented fact!
There was 3 months that disappeared BEFORE USA and BRITTISH troops acted on Intel that was provided! How do I know this well I still have links and friends serving that were VERY frustrated when the orders were different and far from what was promised! (Saying no more on that!)
#3 Please there are huge corporations that were up before council after council trying to see what was going on with financial problems and yet no auditor was set forth! When investigations were done and it was found that there was fraud and illegal use of money nothing was done!!! Very well documented!
#4 They do when their policies are set in place. History shows that certain policies either enrich the rich or enslave the poor.
Concede trade Lost as I can't put my fingers on many articles read regarding this and they were articles from a few years ago. If I find them I will post!
#8 Oh I forgot anyone other than an american is dumb!!!!My bad ;)

Victor83 commented 168 days ago.
I will go in your order.
#5. Yes, I have heard of Head Start. I was against it. I am against all unconstitutional involvement in public education by the feds. This bill however, was co-authored by one of your beloeved lefties- Ted Kennedy. Had Obama signed the same bill, you would be applauding it. Be that as it may, not one school was shut down as a result of this. Care to apologize for that one, or should I go on?

Victor83 commented 168 days ago.
By the way...I am still waiting to know the country that stopped trading with the US....(?)

pugwash01 commented 168 days ago.
(Edited 168 days ago)
But cuts were made and more pressure was put on these excellent teaches that work hard to make sure not only that kids are educated, but that parents are involved in helping. My daughter attends one and if it had been got rid of I would not have been applauding Obama!!!I'm also not a lefty as I cannot stand just as many views on the lefty side as the Righty side. I'm infact very middle!!!I think you just get me when I'm expreesing the same views as what a lefty would be promoting.!;)

Victor83 commented 168 days ago.
(Edited 168 days ago)
Okay. Fair enough. Name the school that was closed pug. Let's talk facts here.
"Tried to and almost did shut down good schooling for kids. Schooling that was free"....that was your statement.

pugwash01 commented 168 days ago.
Like I said I will have to look more into this however I don't have my sources in hand due to working and typing ;) Strangly enough I do like debating with you. I may seem to be anti but this is not the case!

Victor83 commented 168 days ago.
I am no fan of Bush....just a fan of objectivity.

Financially and in the district I'm in, they will do if budget spending is not increased for them!I'm a member of the policy council and it's hard to watch them struggle but good in the respect that families are trying to help them succeed!

#1 Ever heard of...The federal government has no right funding education?

#2 May 1, 2003...Ring a bell? Almost 2yrs after 9/11. # 2.5 who supported it? Republicans and Democrats.

#3

#4 WTF?!

Victor83 commented 168 days ago.
Yeah....we need to pour some more money into the Fed-run public school system. After all, they have managed to take us from first in the world to dead last among industrialized nations. Yeah...let's give em some more money.

Victor83 commented 168 days ago.
Great video Wise. Yet another example of the feds meddling where they had NO business.

Wiseguy
I think if you would ask the armed forces that were first out there under the guise of weapons of mass destruction. You would find a very complexed look from them! The most they could find were chem suites, weapons and drums of not weapons of mass destruction. The residence was from the some that sucked up to Mr. saddam. (The ones that gained from his rule!) Oh I forgot they also found vehicles and parts of scud missiles! They found no real evidence to Iraq supporting Bin Laden. In fact there were more cells found in ENGLAND by the MI5 than Iraq. (so how come Bush did not invade ENGLAND!) My point is simple he wanted to do what his Daddy didn’t do!

Wiseguy commented 168 days ago.
Typical Liberal line, I was hoping to get better from you. chem suites found? Strange...whatever were they for? Please brush up on your history.

I debated Iraq when I joined the site, I'm done now.

Wise I almost brought the video on Fannie and Freddie out of the archives, but you beat me to it! Wanna see what happened to this economy? That video is a great start! Man, is that Maxine Waters an absolute moron or what?

Wiseguy commented 168 days ago.
There are more videos out there that show Democrats attacking the regulators. Amazing.
