Georgia, like Colorado, was a swing state during the 1990's, it went for Clinton in '92 and for Dole in '96, both very narrowly, but it seems as if Republicans are doing well in the state. Bush won it solidly in 2000 and I don't anticipate a close race here because the Democratic party is heavily divided and the critical suburban vote tends to vote conservative. The Northeastern thing hurts Kerry here.
