I really do not care about the comments on the Nutritional Value of this formula, it is what kept my daughter alive! My daughter was put on Similac, Enfamil and Good Start regular, soy and lactose free and she was loosing weight at an alarming rate (she was only 6 lbs 3 oz born full term). I tried to nurse but (I supplimented with formula and lost my breast milk). It was heartbreaking to see my daughter suffering and being hooked up to and IV and too weak to even respond and feeling helpless. The two wonders were PediSure and Nutramigen. My daughter is now 18 months old and is a very petite 21 pounds and super healthy and has no alergies to dairy products. Nutramigen is not for milk allergies it is for Milk Protien sensitivities that most babies grow out of. Email me if you need info on getting some free from your insurance or WIC.
