San Diego Chargers

The San Diego Chargers began play as the Los Angeles Chargers in the AFL in 1960 and moved to San Diego in 1961. The team is 0-1 in Super Bowl play, losing to the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl XXIX (1994). An AFC West team, the Chargers play their home games at Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego, CA. Chargers in the Pro Football Hall of Fame include Lance Alworth, Dan Fouts, Kellen Winslow, and Charlie Joiner.
