I think Redoedo has a point of how would you define someone who is anti-American. If there is PROOF that this person could be a danger, I mean they intend to harm or kill other people because they hate americans. if they do not happen to agree with some of the politics or other issues. It would be awful to imprison them just because they have an opinion different from someone else. it would be awful scary to think someone can be killed for a difference of opinion.
