A group of 26 former U.S. diplomats and military leaders calling themselves "Diplomats and Military Commanders for Change" have voiced their disapproval of Bush's foreign policy, and are lobbying for a change of administration. The group includes Admiral William Crowe, who was chairman of the U.S. military's Joint Chiefs of Staff under both President Ronald Reagan and the President George H.W. Bush and William C. Harrop, ambassador to Israel under George H.W. Bush.
