Excessive Throat Clearing

Urgh urgh urgh . . . I have a lady in my office that has been continuously clearing her throat since September 2005. It was at first a concern, but now has become a huge irritation. What can I say to her to make her realise how annoying it is without being "nasty"?

it could be taxing if I am around them all day and they do this the whole time. I know they probably cannot help it. I might find an excuse to get away from them for awhile if i could.
