Courts, manipulated by activist groups, like the ACLU, have caused people like you and me to believe that our government somehow has the authority to govern this issue. You have freedom, in this country. The US Constitution LIMITS what the government can meddle in. Its purpose is to limit the scope of what oppression of YOUR freedoms the government can legislate.
