Top hats are cool. Abraham Lincoln wore a huge top hat called a stovepipe;the hat was so big he stored papers and notes in it. If you wear a top hat, the tails are de rigeur. The only reason I give it a 4 instead of a 5 is because it doesn't seem too steady;it could get knocked off one's head pretty easily.
