Tommy Franks would be a contrast to the president. Though I like the president I do believe because of his military background and having to work with many different races he would be more of a moderate than President Bush. I also think he would appeal to men, military, moderates, etc. He could probably garner a higher number of black votes as well. He could very well be the next Eisenhower, especially if he were to get elected and then end the war quickly.
