Twilight Zone 2

I loved it as a kid but time has taken it's toll on the Twilight Zone. Now most of the episodes just seem goofy. I appreciate it for what it was.

It should stand to reason that the performing arts can best be evaluated according to the era to which they belong, the cultural standards of which are most fitting for their time while the artistry itself is irreplaceable and irrepeatable. There is nothing like this Rod Serling series today, in originality and in imagination. Case in point: take another look at the 'The Twilight Zone: The Movie' and compare how well celebrity filmmakers recreated favorite episodes from the classic series. Don't for a minute believe that the more recent version would give rise to much of a following.
