This is a must for managers and supervisors. I work under a woman who routinely discusses the members of her unit with anyone who will listen. As a result, we don't trust her as far as we could pick her up and throw her. She brown-noses until it is embarassing. When we leave the office for lunch, etc. she goes into our file cabinets and takes records out. We don't know that they're missing until a client calls. She's slated to retire in '06. I can't wait. I think that a very dark and very menacing cloud will disappear from over our building when she gets into her car and rides off into the retirement sunset.
